How is Delta-8 different from regular THC?

Will Delta-8 fail a drug test?

Yes. Assume it will. Standard screens detect THC metabolites and cannot tell delta-8 from delta-9 — there's no workaround and nobody honest will pretend otherwise. If you're tested at work, this entire shelf is off limits.

Is Delta-8 legal where I live?
